Full scholarships are available to citizens of the Netherlands and the Dutch Caribbean Islands. The scholarship covers tuition, housing, health insurance and the costs associated with applying for a visa. Scholarship awardees are responsible for funding their travel to the U.S. and living expenses while in the U.S.


The Netherland-America Foundation (NAF) seeks to further strengthen the bonds between The Netherlands and The United States through exchange in the arts, sciences, education, business and public affairs. The NAF has partnered with The Fund for American Studies (TFAS) for more than a decade to provide experiential education opportunities to Dutch university students in Washington, D.C.
